Changes in the Nail Plates of the Hands and Feet Lasting 10 Years. Nail Lichen Planus

The authors present the case of a 52year-old woman with changes in her fingernails and toenails lasting 10 years. Histopathological examination showed nail lichen planus. The issue of isolated nail involvement, clinical features, additional variants, differential diagnosis, and current treatment options are discussed.
