Overview
Churg-Strauss syndrome is a rare vasculitis with severe course. Histological examination of minute and less specific skin lesions is often crucial for the diagnosis. Early diagnostics and vigorous treatment is required concerning usually severe disease course. A case of disease progression in spite of early diagnosis and adequate treatment is reported.
