Overview
The case report presents a 74-year-old female with a 1-year history of red-purple nodules symetrically localized on the dorsum of the hands near the joints, on the shins and over the Achilles tendon. A rare diagnosis of erythema elevatum diutinum was established on the base of clinical appearance and histopathological examination. Our patient was succesfully treated with oral corticosteroids.
