Wellsův syndrom, také známý jako eozinofilní celulitida, je tvořen nespecifickými klinickýmipříznaky, zahrnujícími celulitidu, urtikárii a hmyzí štípnutí, a výraznými, i když nespecifickými,histopatologickými změnami ve formě eozinofilní infiltrace koria a epidermis spolu s histiocytya „flame figures“.
