VALIDÁCIA HPLC METÓDY PRE STANOVENIE DIOXOPROMETAZÍNU A FENYLEFRÍNUV OČNEJ INSTILÁCII

V tejto práci je uvedená rýchla HPLC metóda pre stanovenie dioxoprometazínu a fenylefi~ínu v očnej instilácii. Použitá bota stacionárna fáza špeciálne upravená pre analýzu bázických látok, mobilnú fázu tvorila zmes metanol a 1,5 mM roztok kyseliny fosforečnej s pH=3,02 v pomere 60 : 40 (v/v), prietoková rýchlost bota 2 mUmin, dávkovaný objem 20 pl, spektrofotometrická detekcia pri 275 nm. Očnú instiláciu sme pred analýzou riedili vodou v pomere 1 : 50. Vypracovaná HPLC metóda aj použitý chromatografický systém bolí validované podla predpisu pre validáciu chromatografických metód.
