The case reports a 57-year-old man with pyoderma gangrenosum. The patient was treated for rheumatoid arthritis, which was stable at the time of pyoderma gangrenosum presentation. In terms of complete examination the adenocarcinoma of the prostate was also detected. The disease responded well to low doses of corticosteroids. This case is interesting because of coincidence of two diseases (rheumatoid arthritis and adenocarcinoma of the prostate), which could play a role in the etiology of pyoderma gangrenosum.
