According to Law No 372/2011 Sb. (Collections of laws), in subsequent form regulations, includes into medical services, among others the medical rescue service, medical transport service and the transport of patients in urgent care. The article briefly and comprehensibly informs about the conditions of the transport of patients in urgent care in the system of services reimbursed from the resources of general medical insurance and draw attention to most frequent mistakes.
