The web site www.proLékaře.cz is provided exclusively by MeDitorial. Any contents of academic journals produced by ČLS (Czech Medical Association) published on ProLékaře.cz do not make ČLS responsible for any part of the www.proLékaře.cz project.

Expert web sites are designated only for persons allowed to prescribe or dispense medications or medical remedies (healthcare professionals) and so fulfill the conditions of the Section 2a, 5b of the Constitution and Act No. 40/1995 Coll. on the Regulation of Advertisement subsequently. These web sites are not designated for public use as described in Act No. 40/1995 Coll. on the Regulation of Advertisement. If you are not falling within the defined group of healthcare professionals or if you do not agree with any of the provisions contained in this agreement you are not allowed to enter this web site. Operator of this web site do not undertake any responsibilities for possible damage or any violation of law arising out of the violation of the previous sentence.

  1. By accessing www.prolekare.cz („Website“) you accept this Agreement with using expert web sites („Agreement“) provided by MeDitorial s.r.o. („MeDitorial“), Prague 2, Sokolská 31/490, 120 26, Company Registration Number: 271 99 151, registered with the Commercial Register administered by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 103858. MeDitorial does not undertake any responsibilities for possible damage arising from using the Website. You are obliged to compensate a claimant for the full amount if required. MeDitorial does not undertake any responsibilities for misuse nor misinterpretation of the information therein presented.

  2. Contents of Website are designated only for professional use. The Website contains academical articles, professional events details and extern links to other professional web sites or organisations. Website is according to Act No. 121/2000 Coll. on Copyright and Rights Related to Copyright considered a database. All uses of the copyright are regulated by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. All copyrights for information and texts are exclusive properties of authors, executives of copyrights or operators of the database, by law.

  3. Copyright for the Website is executed by MeDitorial only. The contents may not be copied, displayed, distributed, downloaded, licensed, modified, published, reposted, reproduced, reused, sold, transmitted, used to create a derivative work or otherwise used for public or commercial purposes without the express written permission of MeDitorial. You may copy information from this Website with no need of written permission of MeDitorial in case of personal use with no intentions of direct neither indirect economical or commercial profit. In all these cases the source must be correctly presented.

  4. All advertisements and promoting information are destined only for healthcare professionals. All advertising materials in any legal form are visibly differentiated from non-advertising contents of the expert section and are in full compliance with Act No. 40/1995 Coll. on the Regulation of Advertisement.

  5. The Website contains extern links to different expert web sites operated by other operators. MeDitorial does not undertake any responsibilities for contents of other web sites.

  6. MeDitorial and CEGEDIM CZ s.r.o. Company Registration Number: 257 16 212 are collecting, using and disclosing your personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data. By accepting this Agreement, and each time you use the Website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information given to MeDitorial during the registration. Your personal information may be processed by both MeDitorial and CEGEDIM CZ s.r.o. Your agreement for collection, use and disclosure of your personal information may be given for indefinite period. You may withdraw from this agreement by self-signed Agreement Cancellation registered letter sent to MeDitorial or CEGEDIM CZ s.r.o. headquarters. MeDitorial guarantees all rights of users mentioned in Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data sections 12 and 21, right of access to the information about the processing of your personal data and right to ask for clarification and removal of unwanted situation included.

  7. In accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, section 7, you allow MeDitorial to use your email address for commercial communication, disclosure of MeDitorial partners’ materials related to Website use, information and promotion materials of third parties such as insurance companies, distributors, patient organisations etc. and Newsletter.

  8. MeDitorial may in its discretion change the Website contents or accessibility. All major changes will be announced with the date of execution.
