The MeDitorial company is the sole operator of the www.proLékaře.cz project. The content of the scholarly journals published by the Czech Medical Association of J. E. Purkyně ("CzMA") does not make CzMA accountable for the www.proLékaře.cz project in any way.

By using the www.proLékaře.cz website, you agree to the following Terms of Use:

This website is intended only for the persons licensed to issue prescriptions or dispense pharmaceutical drugs or medical devices (professional personnel), and is therefore in compliance with the provisions of sections 2a, 5b and following of Act No. 138/2002 Coll., on Advertising Regulation, as amended. The website is not intended for the general public as defined by Act No. 138/2002 Coll., on Advertising Regulation. If you do not belong to the professional personnel as defined by law or do not agree with any provision of these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to enter this website. The originator of this website shall not be liable for any possible damage or violation of the law resulting from disregarding the previous sentence.

1. By using (i.e. visiting) the www.prolekare.cz website ("the website"), you agree to the Terms of Use which constitute an agreement between you and MeDitorial, s.r.o. ("the MeDitorial company") with its registered seat at Praha 2, Sokolská 31/490, Postal Code 120 26, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 103858. The MeDitorial company is not liable for any damage caused by the use of this website and you are obligated to compensate the claimant in full extent. The MeDitorial company cannot be held responsible for any misuse or misinterpretation of the information presented herein.

2. The content of the website is intended for the expert community. The content of the website comprises scholarly articles, information on events organized by the expert community and links to other professional websites or organizations. The website is considered a database in accordance with section 88 of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright. All copyright issues are determined by this Act. Copyrights on articles and information belong to their respective authors, proprietors of the copyrights or the originator of the database as stipulated by law.

3. All advertising and promotional information is intended for professional personnel only. The advertising information in any legal form is visibly differentiated from the non-advertising content of the scholarly section and is in full compliance with Act No. 138/2002 Coll., on Advertising Regulation, as amended.

4. The website also contains links to third-party scholarly websites. The MeDitorial company is not responsible for any content available through such websites.

5. The MeDitorial company reserves the right to change the content and availability of the website. Any major change in the websites’ content and use shall always be accompanied with the date of the change.
