The authors describe the case of a 38-year-old patient with elevated oozing plaques in the axillae and erosions in the oral cavity and on the lips. Histopathological and direct immunofluorescence examination confirmed the diagnosis of pemphigus vegetans. The article summarizes information on diagnosis and treatment of this disorder.
