Does Sacubitril/Valsartan Prevent Myocardial Remodeling in Heart Failure Patients with Type 2 Diabetes?
The PROVE-HF study demonstrated reverse myocardial remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction. About 30–50% of heart failure patients have type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2).
