The New Robotic Operating Room at Bulovka Was Blessed by the Hospital Chaplain
12. 1. 2026 Source: proLékaře.czBulovka University Hospital (FNB) joined the ranks of Czech hospitals using robotic assistance in surgery on Three Kings’ Day (January 6). The ceremonial ribbon was cut — in the presence of Hospital Director Mgr. Jan Kvaček and MUDr. Martin Šnajdauf, Ph.D. — by the Da Vinci Xi robot itself. At the request of the staff, the new robotic operating room was subsequently blessed by the hospital chaplain.
