Overview

Each system of payment/refundment (for the provided Healthcare) needs simple, stable &well-defined conditions for productionof documents by the Health Care Providers for the Insurance Companies. The Standard Settings, excluding the never-endingrepairs of those documents, is one of the fundamental presumptions for obtaining of the objective information. And only theobjective information can be the source of the correct data, necessary for the calculation and analysis. This article proposesa method for the solution of the above problem. We propose simplification and standardization of the account-rules betweenthe Health Care Providers and the Insurance Companies, which processes is actually in a certain step of anarchism.
