Overview
Authors deal with the issue of reporting the category of a patient from the point of view of revisory activities of health insurance companies. The documentation of the picture of clinical status of a patient requiring more demanding nursing care requires a good nursing documentation. Changeable data of values reported in a few year follow-up provoke consequent questions.
