Kazuistické sdělení popisující desmoid u mladé ženy původně vycházející z úponové části přímého svalu břišního na stydkou kost, který dvakrát recidivoval. Při třetím –⁠ zatím posledním výkonu si vyžádal levostrannou hemipelvektomii s resekcí rekta a části vagíny. Upozorněno na závažnost onemocnění, nutnost radikální resekce a zejména pečlivého sledování pacientky po operaci dlouhodobě.
