The presentation characterizes the reform of the administrative justice with the special focus on comparison of the status ofreview legal proceedings in the field of social protection in the period before and after the reform. It deals with the relationshipsbetween review legal proceedings and activities of medical assessment services including the role of the assessment doctorafter the executed reform of administrative justice.
