Rare extraintestinal involvement in IBD – a case report

Crohn’s disease is a chronic inflammatory disease affecting various locations of the gastrointestinal tract, sometimes involving other organ systems. The article illustrates a case of a patient who presented with an extremely rare laryngeal involvement in Crohn’s disease followed by a consecutive multidisciplinary therapeutic approach.
