We present a case report of giant condyloma acuminatum (Buschke-Löwenstein tumor). HPV (Hu ‑ man Papillomavirus) related lesion about the size of 25 cm was treated by wide radical excision. BuschkeLöwenstein tumors are classified as premalignat le ‑ sions of the perigenital area cause local destruction of tissues with the posibility of malignant trasnformation in half of the cases
