Overview
Bilateral renal cell carcinoma as an incidental finding during ultrasonography examination of an 82year old man with urinary retention. We emphasize the importance of ultrasound examination of the kidneys also in the examination of acute urological conditions related to other organs and we present the possibility of radical surgical treatment even in elderly patients who are in good biological condition.
