Overview

Authors present a case of a 66 years old patient with bilateral malignant disease of urinary tract. They point out the possibility of nephron sparing surgery instead of bilateral nephroureterectomy that would expose the patient to necessity of dialysis for the rest of his life.

Major statement: Publication of our experience with nephron sparing surgery in a patient with bilateral malignancy of urinary tract.
