Overview
Authors describe a case of 75-year-old woman with histologically confirmed diagnosis of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis and coincidental breast carcinoma erysipeloides with axillary lymph node metastases. Together with clinical description of this rare disease classified as non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis, the review of its diagnostics, clinical and histopathological differential diagnosis and therapeutical options are reviewed. Attention is drawn to frequent coincidence with malignant tumors.
