Xanthium spinosum L. – fytochemická studie

Práce se zabývá izolací obsahových látek Xanthium spinosum L. a určení biologické aktivity (toxicity). Taxon vyskytující se také v naší flóře nebyl dosud z tohoto pohledu studován. Použitá metodika má charakter „bioassay-guided separace“. Jako základní biologický test byl použit Tubifex tubifex test (TT test). Z methanolového extraktu natě byl vyizolován ent-kauranový diterpen atraktylosid, z acetonového extraktu byly vyizolovány dva deriváty xanthanolidů – seskviterpenických laktonů: xanthumin a deacetylxanthumin a z ethanolového extraktu fytosteroly: ß-sitosterol a stigmasterol. Z acetonového extraktu plodů byly získány mastné kyseliny.
