Overview
A method for the production of treponema magnetoimmunosorbents using silica sorbent sensitized with ultrasonic treated antigen as a matrix is described. The preparation produced was used in the IFMA for the detection of treponema antibodies in test sera of Syphilis patients. A comparative study of the effectiveness of the preparation developed was carried out on 1096 blond sera of patients with different forms of Syphilis. It has been shown that the treponema affine sorbents with magnetism considerably increase the effectiveness of rapid diagnosis at the expense of selective concentration and sorbtion capacity.
