Overview
The authors focus their attention of problems of specific features of the diagnosis and assessmentin members of the gipsy minority.They deal in particular with problems of evaluation of the intellectual level of probands. Theyemphasize also the need of a deeper analysis of the structure of the criminal offence whichprovides ample material for evaluation not only of the intellectual standard of the offender butalso for a deeper understanding of his personality and motivation. The authors also draw attenti-on to problems of evaluation of expressive manifestations which lead in gipsy offenders frequen-tly to serious diagnostic artefacts.
