Overview
New therapeutic procedures with the use of highly innovative drugs represent not only improvement of quality and duration of life, but also a significant increase of economic cost per individual policy holders. A good collaboration of the physician and health insurance companies is therefore desirable for sell considered indication of therapy to prevent tension between the individual subjects and consequently iatrogenic injury of the patient. At the same time it is necessary to cultivate the system of reimbursement regulations and to create healthy legal environment for decision making on both sides.
