Summary

Many changes in psoriasis therapy have occurred due to intensive research of autoimmune, autoinflammatory and oncologic diseases. Last Czech guidelines for biologic therapy of psoriasis are dated to 2008, the updated version is in preparation. At international level the American and German guidelines are the most recent ones (2011), they are dealing also with topical therapy, phototherapy and classical systemic therapy. The article reviews these information focusing on changes, news and differences in comparison with the situation in the Czech Republic.
