Registration

Full online access to the texts in the Urologické listy journal archive is available only to the registered users who are also subscribers and can provide the subscription number from the address label of their print copy. To log in, you may use the user name and password from your proLékaře.cz website account.

How to register

1. To register successfully you must fill out all the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk. In order to access current issues of your subscribed journal, you need to enter the activation code, which you will find on the journal packaging. You may select several specialisations. A list is always offered. Did you not find a suitable specialisation? Write to us.
2. To successfully complete the registration process you must agree with the contractual conditions, which describe processing of the above-specified information.
3. To successfully complete the registration process, do not forget to enter the control code, which is used as a protection against robots.
4. When you send the registration form, we will send a confirmation message to your e-mail address. When you confirm this message, your registration will be automatically activated. Without confirmation of your e-mail address your registration will not be active and you will not be able to log in. Should you have any problems do not hesitate to contact us.
5. The e-mail newsletter is optional. You may cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. The newsletter informs you about newly added journals, new commentaries relevant to selected articles or case studies from your field. After you log in, your personal data and data regarding journal subscriptions may be changed at any time in the Settings menu.

Why register

1. Registration is free. Registering and entering the code from the journal will open the full text of articles published in new journals. Registration will also give you access to the full texts of archived journals. After registration you may rate or evaluate articles. After registration you may insert commentary relevant to the article. Registration will give you the option to receive a newsletter, which will inform you about new articles, commentaries or any other new events.

How to enter the code

1. Log in using your username and password
2. Go to the My settings menu --> My journals.
3. Enter the code from your journal packaging, see the picture.
